SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items will be posted using Australia Post at a flate rate of $16.00 per order.

Any purchases over $100 Postage will be free within Australia.

Orders to NZ will incur the postage price at checkout.

Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns, so we encourage you to choose carefully and refer to the available size charts. If the garment is the wrong size for you, please email us at foreverfrankieptyltd@gmail.com or message us via our chat.

To initiate a return, ensure that the item is unworn, with tags still attached, and free from any marks or stains. Postage is at the customers expense. Once we receive the garment, we will gladly issue a store credit or refund.

We follow a 14 Day return policy from date of purchase.
